Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags remain attached and the garments are in unworn condition.

Label and Ship

Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

Once our quality team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
